Why this Kolavari dee...

Why this Kolavari dee...

This is what was being sung not by my heart, but by my stomach after starving it on the account of Lunar Eclipse. Ya, many people have many beliefs about it and one important tradition being followed is stopping intake of food during the Lunar eclipse period. Obviously even I was forced to do it :P and after spending the long journey of 8 hrs constantly thinking about food and not getting to have any I emerged enlightened :)

The only difference between my enlightenment and Buddha's is that he found answers to all his questions after enlightenment and I started getting new...

From a long time the concept of Lunar Eclipse has been intriguing me. Logically Lunar eclipse looks somewhat like this.

So that means that I am behind a very huge object(Earth) which is covering me from the light source(Sun). So basically I am in the shadow of the earth and Moon is the screen on which it is being projected... Ok I get it...!!!

And this is what happens night after night.

Even now I am in the shadow region of the earth. Only difference is that the shadow may be falling on unidentified objects x and y making it x eclipse or y eclipse or not fall on anything at all, which by the way doesnt make any difference to my condition. So why call it night and give only some particular nights the famy/infamy of being called Eclipse ? Something to think over or something to laugh over ??? :D

-Reminder to the bits and bytes of computer world : Eclipse !!!

Coll-e-rate || Corp-o-ge life :)

"Yes, I haven't been quite regular in writing" is what I wanted to start this entry with, but given a thought, I always start whatever I write, with some affirmative words like "yes", "yep", "i am", "i will" and so goes the list. Even in my exams, my answers always used to start by copying words present in the question(in the same format or in some crazy jumbled way)...that gives the person who looks at the answers a feel that "Ya, this dude knows something..." and then I could happily fill any crap all the way till the next question and yet go Bingo !!!

After divulging one of my most priced secrets, I can clearly hear some Aahaa's with smiles all around, some teeth grindings and definitely some rattling and quick button clicks on my teacher's end to call me and tell that "Its really foolish of you to think that You have outsmarted us with your witty answers"....Wow I hear a song somewhere in the distant past..."Kyonki Teachers bhi kabhi students thee...Ta na na Ta na na".

That Ta na na... you see(hear) is the Preetam within me trying to come up with (Pritam Puran defines innovation as Cntrl+C --> Edit --> Cntrl+V) some cheap copied title song version of the highly famous(as all the ladies used to watch it), miraculous(as Mihir died and was reborn 7 times as per the legend goes and Baa literally lived for 180+ years), and captivating(as we couldn't watch anything else even if we wanted to) daily soap KyonKi. Hail Kyonki as it got Ekta amongst the people of the country or at least ladies of the county (Mom and Chikkamma are gonna kill me for talking about this show :P).

If you just stood up to say "Hey !!! where is this entry of yours leading to ?" then I would just say wait... This is what college life was right ? Complete care free nature, not knowing where we are gonna end up and yet that Josh of picking up everything that came up our way, senseless roaming and yet gaining a sense of "Inner Peace" :), the triumph on our faces when bunking classes and the trys and mphh...(sigh)'s after the results came out.Ya I dedicate this entry to the random carefree attitude we all had as students. And what better day to dedicate than this ??? (I wrote my last engineering exam on June 2nd last year ;( tears...).

After that short(for me at least) emotional description of college life, I would just say "Picture speaks a thousand words" and put up a picture(drawn by me of course) for all those stuck in the corporate life to keep relating themselves to...Enjoy :)

-Reminder to the Reader: Yet again I started my entry with an affirmative word "Yes" this is what is called... "RECURSION".

-Reminder to myself: Make sure your three M's don't see this... (Manager,Mentor and MOM).

Awe-summm Mau-summm !!!

The mind blowing response of 115+ hits in less than 24 Hrs to my blog made me think that I should make my readers wait keenly for the next post and give them something very good to read just like Chetan Bhagat, but somewhere within me a voice shouted loudly "Over aaitu...!!! Samaadhaana...!!!" (The dots are for the echo effect and the distance in between), so I took to writing again :):):)

After a tiring day (I atleast made it look so..) in the Corporate jungle I came out (at 5:30 PM) and saw that it was already dark. Just before the Ayyo... came out (thinking that I sadly overworked in my office due to technical problems in my stupid-stupid watch) the Aaaha shot out,as soon as I realized it was raining :). Heaven , it must be something like this... The trees blushing and smiling at the touch of their loved one,the rain. The entire city getting ready for something really special by applying a new brand of perfume "Odeur de Terre" - The sweet smell of soil when rain drops fall on it (Ummm it really smells sweet...).

I bet that Jhonny of "Rain rain go away..." rhyme must be a damn idiot to ask the rain to go away because as far as I see it playing in rain is always better. The puddles, the splashes, the hot mirchi pakodas...Oh ya that reminds me of what was missing,I got to run for it...So, just go out and hold your face up at the sky and let the rain drops find their way to you and you will realize that even God cannot resist himself from capturing this beautiful moment within his huge DSLR (The little flashes of light you see in the sky are that...).Enjoy folks !!!.

-Reminder to God: The shutter sound on your camera (The THUNDER) is too loud and sometimes a bit scary too.

Yeppie/Gosh I am blogging !!!???

Yep... I have started blogging... But why suddenly...? Is it because I have nothing better to do? May be yes... but the fact is I got vishwas-sharma.blogspot.com which is quite unusual, I never get online accounts in my name ,pretty lame I know...another mature enough reason might also be that I needed another medium to express myself and connect with everyone ,which is my meager euphemistic way to say "writing what ever comes to my mind".

So what would this blog be about ? Well it would be about

    "vector<strings> topics;topics[rand(time(null))];"

which just means any random thoughts that pop up in my mind.

A special welcome to all my friends who just thought "Ee nan maga illu shuru hachkonda"( Translation : Try Google... Huh ). Its you guys who gave me bumps irrespective of who's birthday it is and moulded me into what I am.Thank you fellows... I really am waiting for your "creative" comments which are on their way.
Oh ya creativity ,I also want to preserve the creative part of my brain (I guess its out there somewhere !!!) through this, which often gave me loads of happiness and also gave/gives me cool reasons to say when my dad asked "Where were you all day long ???".
Well this is also a reminder to myself and everyone who at some time said "I am too busy with work", that its never late to bring out the child within you and do crazy stuff and have fun ... cause the rolled up paper money in our pockets is not really necessary to get the daily dose of happiness.(Yappa philosophy!!!).Bye for now friends..!!!

-Reminder to myself: Don't blabber so much in your next post atleast !!!
